16th Juried Exhibition
Congratulations to all of the photographers selected to be
in the 16th juried exhibition. The show that Joerg Colberg has assembled is a wonderful body of
work that reflects his personal vision, and, at the same time, is a cohesive body of work that we
think everyone will enjoy. Every year, each juror brings a completely new dimension to the juried
exhibition. It is never the same. It is always quite exciting to see the exhibition take shape.
While it is a thrill to be accepted into an exhibition, we realize it is also a disappointment not
to be accepted. Please do not let disappointment overshadow your commitment to photography if you
did not get accepted into the exhibition. Continue competing and sharing your work. Continue to
keep us informed of any work we might find interesting for our gallery spaces and submit materials
to future Griffin Museum competitions.
Now that the jury process is over we will send back all print submissions. Print submissions that
were not accompanied by a self addressed stamped envelope will be discarded.
